We continue promoting green operations, climate action, and responsible investment.
Performance
- In 2025, voluntarily completed the 2024 greenhouse gas inventory ahead of schedule and received recognition from the Financial Supervisory Commis- sion for compliance with the “Incentive Policy for Onshore Funds,” thereby qualifying for preferential measures for fund offerings.
- A total of 1,441 companies were engaged Note, including in-depth engage- ment with 8 investee companies on specific ESG issues.
- 100% of employees used computers certified with eco-labels.
- The signing rate for the “Uni-President Asset Management Supplier Sustainability Commitment” reached 84%.
Note: Engagement activities included attending shareholders’ meetings, on-site visits (including guidance meetings), email discussions, telephone (or video) conferences, and participation in investor conferences.

Promoting Social Prosperity
We build inclusive connections so more stakeholders can share dignity and well-being.
Performance
- A total of 70 in-person financial management events/seminars were held, with 7,447 participants.
- No employee complaints or whistleblowing cases were reported.
- Average employee tenure reached 9.7 years, with the implementation of a long-service reward mechanism for senior employees.
- 100% completion rate for workplace safety education and training among all employees.
- Organized public blood donation and invoice donation campaigns, collecting over 150 bags of blood and more than 1,000 invoices, while also making donations to the Raising Children Medical Foundation to support child-friendly healthcare.
- Donated NT$500,000 to the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families to promote public welfare activities aimed at reducing carbon emissions and assisting underprivileged children.
- Donated NT$200,000 to participate in a series of social contribution activities organized by the Taipei Foundation of Finance.

We strengthen governance oversight and management functions to support stable operations.
Performance
- Recognized in the 2025 Best List of Institutional Investors’ Due Diligence Governance Information Disclosure
- Established a new “Sustainable Finance Team” under the Sustainable Development Promotion Team, responsible for promoting daily sustainability-related affairs and operations.
- Female directors accounted for more than one-third of the Board of Directors.
- No incidents of major violations resulting in fines or non-monetary sanctions.
- Allocated over 40% of our total IT budget to information security, strengthening information security and related human capital.
- Our participation in the “Incentive Policy for Onshore Funds” was recognized by the Financial Supervi- sory Commission, demonstrating that our asset management expertise, investment research capabili- ties, and talent development have been recognized by the market and competent authorities.
