Uni-President Asset Management is an asset management company. As of the end of 2025, the Company’s total assets under management amounted to NT$673.429 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 53.95%. The Company’s product distribution channels include direct sales, agency sales, and sales to non-proprietary customers, with partners spanning domestic and international banks, securities firms, life insurance companies, and investment advisory firms. Market Overview
Uni-President Asset Management is a professional asset management institution primarily engaged in securities investment trust business, discretionary investment management business, and other related businesses approved by the competent authorities. Its investment scope covers the stock market, bond market, and diversified financial products. 2025 marked the inaugural year for the development of active ETFs. In the overall active equity ETF market (including domestic and cross-border investments), the market size reached NT$173 billion. Among these, in the “domestic investment” active ETF market as classified by the Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Association of the R.O.C., Uni-President Asset Management managed assets totaling NT$59.3 billion, with a market share of approximately 34%, demonstrating its key leadership position in the market.
In terms of product and business deployment, Uni-President Asset Management currently offers 33 public funds (including 8 ETFs) and 4 private funds, with investments spanning both Taiwan and global markets. Additionally, its discretionary investment management clients include the government’s four major funds, leading life insurance companies, and listed companies. Through steady investment performance and professional services, the Company assists clients in diversifying asset allocation while continuously deepening long-term partnerships.
In terms of industry structure, the asset management industry centers on collaboration within the financial ecosystem. The upstream segment consists of regulatory authorities and industry associations; the midstream comprises asset management companies (such as Uni-President Asset Management); and the downstream includes individual and institutional investors, as well as related financial service institutions. In terms of investment research capabilities, Uni-President Asset Management employs nearly 50 professionals with an average of approximately 13 years of investment experience. Their expertise covers both discretionary investment management and Taiwan equity investments.
