Metrics and Targets

Metrics and Targets

To implement the climate strategy and risk management mechanism, Uni-President Asset Management has established climate-related metrics and targets and incorporated climate factors into its operational management, investment decision-making, and asset management processes. The Company has set short-, medium-, and long-term management targets for climate-related risks and opportunities across three key dimensions: “green operations and carbon reduction management,” “green investment,” and “sustainable products and services.” The Sustainable Development Promotion Team reports performance against each metric to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. The Board of Directors oversees progress toward the targets to ensure that climate strategies are effectively integrated into operations and investment decision-making.
