Enhancing Workplace Safety and Employee Health
To enhance employees’ awareness of workplace safety and reduce potential occupational risks, Uni-President Asset Management regularly conducts occupational safety and health education and training for all employees. The Company also organizes occupational safety awareness campaigns and electrical safety initiatives from time to time. Additionally, it arranges for fire departments to conduct fire prevention and earthquake preparedness courses and drills to strengthen employees’ ability to respond to emergencies. Furthermore, the Company has entered into service agreements with contracted institutions, where specialist physicians and nurses inspect the work environment and provide recommendations for environmental improvements and the prevention of work-related illnesses to reduce the risk of accidents and incidents. At the same time, the Company ensures that an adequate number of first aid personnel are on staff in accordance with regulations to maintain workplace safety. In 2025, the Company’s occupational safety incident rate was 0.
To foster a healthy workplace environment, the Company provides comprehensive care programs that exceed statutory standards. In addition to annual rotating health checkups, we also offer health checkup subsidies for supervisors and senior employees. In 2025, a total of 159 employees completed health checkups, achieving a participation rate of 72.6%Note. We have also introduced on-site health consultations covering areas such as follow-up on abnormal health check results, prevention of ergonomic hazards, and management of abnormal workloads. In addition, we promote flu vaccinations and subsidies, organize charity walks, and conduct diverse health awareness campaigns to encourage employees to take charge of their own health and raise health awareness. These efforts comprehensively safeguard the physical and mental well-being of employees and strengthen the Company’s sustainable momentum.

Promoting a Family-Friendly Workplace
Uni-President Asset Management promotes family-friendly policies and is committed to helping employees achieve a healthy balance between work and family life, creating a friendly workplace environment that fosters both professional development and quality of life. To promote employees’ physical and mental well-being and strengthen organizational cohesion, in 2025, the Company partnered with President Securities to co-host an employee sports day. The event featured a variety of competitions and team activities suitable for all employees and their family members, with a total of 60 employees and 7 family members participating. Through sports interaction and teamwork, the event strengthened physical and mental well-being, enhanced cohesion, and fostered interaction and emotional bonds between employees and their families, demonstrating the Company’s care for its employees and their families.
