Employee Benefits and Communication

Employee Benefits
To enhance overall employee well-being, Uni-President Asset Management has established a diversified benefits system. This includes creating an efficient and high-quality work environment, offering a leave policy that exceeds the requirements of the Labor Standards Act, and providing subsidies for employee travel. We also regularly organize team-building and dining gatherings, as well as occasional gift-giving, in order to promote a healthy work-life balance and enhance overall satisfaction and well-being. At the same time, we have established employee grievance channels and hold regular labor-management meetings to serve as mechanisms for feedback and the protection of employee rights and interests. This enables the Company to promptly understand situations, drive improvements, and foster a friendly and trust-based workplace environment.
Employee Benefit Savings Trust
The Company has operated the “Employee Benefit Savings Trust” through the Employee Welfare Committee for 18 years, with an employee participation rate as high as 90.4%. To enhance overall benefit standards and cultivate long-term savings and wealth management habits among employees, unlike the common employee shareholding trusts in the industry, the funds of the Employee Benefit Savings Trust are invested in the funds managed by the Company. Each month, employees contribute a fixed percentage of their base salary to the trust fund, and the Company simultaneously allocates a certain percentage as incentive contributions. Through this dual-track system of employee and Company contributions, combined with regular investment plans, wealth is steadily accumulated to provide employees with financial security for the future.
Group Insurance for Employees and Dependents
The Company arranges comprehensive group insurance for employees and covers the premiums. The group insurance coverage includes: group term life insurance, group accident insurance, hospitalization medical insurance (applicable to employees, spouses, and children), and group cancer prevention health insurance, aiming to mitigate the impact of unforeseen events on employees.
Employee Welfare Committee Allowances and Subsidies
In 2025, the Company allocated a total of NT$2,329,635 for employee welfare-related programs. This demonstrates the Company’s ongoing commitment to addressing employee needs and supporting work-life balance through concrete resource investments.

Employee Grievance Channels
In accordance with the human rights policy principles of the competent authorities, the Company implements fair, equal, and non-discriminatory hiring practices throughout the recruitment and employment process, and adopts systematic management measures to ensure that employees’ basic rights and interests are properly protected. To ensure that employees have access to timely and comprehensive relief channels when their personal rights and interests are infringed upon or when they suffer unlawful infringement in the performance of duties, such as workplace bullying or sexual harassment, the Company has established relevant prevention regulations and response measures. In accordance with the Prevention Plan for Unlawful Infringement in the Performance of Duties and the Organization and Regulations of the Employee Complaint Handling Committee, we have established a “Workplace Violence Handling Team” and an “Employee Complaint Handling Committee,” thereby creating a comprehensive process for prevention, complaint filing, case acceptance, investigation, and handling. Relevant assistance is provided when necessary to safeguard employees’ rights and interests.
Members of the Employee Complaint Handling Committee are appointed by the President based on the nature of the case. The committee operates under strict confidentiality protocols to fully protect the rights and privacy of complainants and ensure the fairness and credibility of the complaint process. Additionally, the Company uses audit evaluation forms to regularly monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the relevant systems, using employee feedback as an important basis for continuous refinement and improvement.
To enhance employees’ awareness of complaint channels and rights protection mechanisms, the Company organized 1 online training course for all employees in 2025 to strengthen promotion of relevant systems and preventive measures. As of the end of 2025, the Company maintained a record of zero complaints and zero incidents of unlawful infringement throughout the year, demonstrating that the relevant human rights protection and prevention mechanisms have yielded tangible results and contributed to creating a safe, respectful, and trust-based workplace environment.
